TOK-ARM

This product is designed to address the issue of manual maintenance and repair of tokamak devices. It includes a remote manipulator arm and its carrying system. The manipulator arm is composed of nine degree of freedom joints, divided into macro manipulator arm and micro manipulator arm. The joints have a 180 ° rotation angle, providing high flexibility. Each joint is equipped with collision detection and light feedback. The product structure consists of an internal skeleton and an outer shell, making maintenance and repair easier. Each skeleton is connected by a planetary reduction integrated servo motor, which has high precision and rigidity. The end of the manipulator arm is equipped with cameras and sensors, and can carry different operating tools to complete tasks in different situations, providing protection for China's nuclear industry.
