Dr. Yu Wei , PhD from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, is Professor and Director of Research at the School of Art, Design & Media, East China University of Science and Technology, and Director of the Institute of Interaction Innovation and Service Design. He serves as a Council Member of the China Industrial Design Association, a member of its Design Research Committee, and Deputy Director of the Cultural and Office Supplies Industry Committee. He is the chief editor of national think tank publications, including the China Industrial Design Blue Book and the China IP & Internet Celebrity Economy Blue Book. He also serves as Vice President of the Shanghai Industrial Art Design Association and Vice Chairman of the Art Education Committee of the Higher Education Society. He is a Senior Research Scholar at the IIT Institute of Design (USA) and a distinguished doctoral supervisor at Thailand’s SSRU Royal University and Dongfang University.
