Sun Xiaohua
Distinguished Professor of the School of Design at Southern University of Science and Technology
Sun has more than 20 years’ academic and industry experience in the field of interaction design and intelligent technology. She has been engaged in researching and teaching at MIT CECI, MIT Media Lab, FXPAL, IBM TJ Watson Research Center, Clarkson University, IBM China Research and other institutions. Her research interests include human-in-the-loop hybrid intelligence, Human-Robot Interaction (HRI), car HMI for shared-driving, AR/VR/MR, digital twins, and smart healthcare. In cooperation with enterprises such as Intel, Siemens, Philips, PSA, SAP, Huawei, SAIC and VGC, her research and practice have contributed to the digital transformation and innovation in various field.
