Soon-In Lee (South Korea)
Head of Seoul Design Center, Asia Director of Asia Pacific Designers Federation
Soon-In Lee has over 40 years of experience in the industry, with expertise spanning industrial design, interior design, and more. He has held several prestigious positions, including President of the International Council of Societies of Industrial Design (ICSID, now named as WDO), Executive Managing Director of the Seoul Design Center, Chairman of the Asia 3D Printing Forum, Dean of IDAS at Hongik University in Seoul, Executive Director of LG Europe Design Center, and Director of the Korea Design Biennale. Over the years, he has continuously supported international design-related projects and actively promoted design exchanges between China and Korea. He has been a guest speaker at Tsinghua University’ s 100th Anniversary Seminar in Beijing, a guest speaker at the Bauhaus Special Form College in Changsha, and also serves as a professor at Hunan University.
